💡About the Role

As the CRM Manager at Wheel the World, you will play a critical role in understanding and segmenting our audiences to enhance customer engagement, optimize email marketing performance, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for leveraging customer data to deliver actionable insights that support our marketing strategies and help us better serve our community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Handle large databases, ensuring data accuracy and utility for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to generate insights from customer data; prepare detailed reports to track CRM performance and inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Identify campaign opportunities by better understanding our travelers through: insights, testing, self-serve data exploration and performance tools.
  • Execution of email marketing campaigns from conception to analysis, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Brief creative / PUX team to develop campaigns.
  • Monitor and report performance of CRM initiatives, focusing on leads, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
  • Implement iterative strategies to enhance customer understanding and deepen customer relationships through personalized marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies with other marketing and operational activities.Stay updated with CRM best practices and technologies, implementing improvements and innovations where applicable.
  • Connect and nurture B2B business with B2C business model.
  • Refine product narrative and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in CRM, specifically in managing email marketing campaigns and customer data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with CRM software and database managementExcellent communication and project management skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for accessibility and advocacy for people with disabilities is a plus.
