Deine Aufgaben

You are responsible for the care of our French customers, communication with airlines and external lawyers
You work on a variety of tasks such asÂ assessing our customers' cases and answeringÂ e-mail enquiries
You work in cooperation with our internal Legal-Team and our French partner law-offices
You help to optimizeÂ our operational processes and bring new ideas into play
You contribute to cross-departmental projects

Dein Profil

You are aÂ student at a Uni in Berlin or Brandenburg and are looking for a part-time job
You are interested inÂ consumer protectionÂ and are able to quickly work yourself into new and complex topics
You have excellent communication skills
You work independentlyÂ and reliablyÂ and you are very self-motivated
You have excellent proficiency in French and you speak English very well, German is a plus
