Responsibilities
  • Perform account reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (APAR) efficiently
  • Record financial transactions with precision and timeliness
  • Conduct essential bookkeeping tasks for diverse clients
  • Adapt to and master Canadian accounting practices
  • Collaborate with international team members and clients
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
Requirements
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong grasp of bookkeeping principles
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial records
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Appropriate home office setup ensuring privacy and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Canadian accounting standards
  • Experience with US accounting practices a plus
