Job description

Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

3 + years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions
Demonstrable advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation and accounting software
Proficiency with bookkeeping software like MYOB and XERO
Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations

Nice to Have:

AU Bookkeeping
AU Accounting
AU Tax
Bookkeeping/Accounting Certification

What will you do?

Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
Record daily company transactions
Close books monthly
Reconciling payroll 
Reconciling bank transactions
Maintain timely communications with clients
Fill out tax forms and work with accountants to ensure compliance
Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll
Process purchases and refunds for customers
General admin and data entry duties to assist with the overall business operations.
Ad hoc reporting and other duties as required
