  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the position.
