The Role
We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our team and take a leading role in designing and developing Android applications across the Energy and telco domains. As a Senior Android Developer at PhazeRo, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect and implement high-quality mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust, reliable, and efficient code, ensuring that our applications deliver exceptional user experiences and meet client expectations. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and driving best practices within the team. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to make key technical decisions that will ultimately lead to success with our clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Android application development
- Proficient in Kotlin programming language
- Strong understanding of Android frameworks and architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP)
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Experience with Android unit testing frameworks and related tools
- Expertise in the full mobile development life cycle, including publishing apps to the Google Play Store
- Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
