Your missions

👋 About Boundless Life

Boundless empowers remote workers to experience—with their families—the nomad lifestyle many without children have been enjoying for years. We create a complete "live abroad" immersive experience for families looking to make the most of what the digital age and the world have to offer.

Through premium kid-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families eager to explore the planet, work remotely, and make a positive impact on their lives and the world.

Since our founding in 2021, we have quickly grown to five locations across two continents, with close to 100 team members of various nationalities. As we continue to expand, we are opening two new locations this year and have ambitious goals to empower people to lead more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle that enables balance, growth, and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature, and the world.

🙌 The Role

Boundless Life is committed to providing innovative educational opportunities that inspire creativity, critical thinking, and a deep connection with the world around us. To make education more accessible, we are establishing the Boundless Education Scholarship Fund, aimed at supporting students from diverse backgrounds and fostering academic excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Scholarship Program Manager to lead the development and execution of this scholarship fund. This role will oversee the program from inception to completion, including fundraising, program design, candidate selection, and ongoing management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, program management expertise, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and beneficiaries.

Phase 1 – Pro-Bono Engagement: Initially, this role will be pro-bono as we focus on creating the vision for the scholarship fund, assembling a parent committee, and bringing together a working group of experts in finance, marketing, and education. After reaching a key fundraising milestone, the role will transition to a part-time paid position. Once additional milestones are achieved, the position will become full-time.

Incentive Structure: After the fundraising milestone is reached, the Scholarship Program Manager will also receive a percentage of all additional funds raised, providing a sustainable incentive for continued efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and develop the Boundless Education Scholarship Fund, including defining the program’s goals, eligibility criteria, application process, and selection criteria.

  • Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts to secure donations and partnerships to support the scholarship fund. Develop strategies for donor engagement and retention.

  • Candidate Selection: Assemble a committee and a working group of experts from finance, marketing, and education to support the development and execution of the program. Set up a parent committee to ensure transparency and inclusivity in the selection process. Oversee the scholarship application and selection process, working with the committees to identify and award scholarships to deserving students.

  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with donors, educational institutions, and partners to support the growth and sustainability of the scholarship fund.

  • Program Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the scholarship program, including communication with applicants, monitoring scholarship recipients, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

  • Impact Assessment: Develop methods to assess the impact of the scholarship fund on recipients and the broader educational community. Provide regular reports on program outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Marketing and Outreach: Promote the scholarship program through various channels, including social media, website, and community outreach. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that highlights the scholarship fund's impact.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine the scholarship program based on feedback from stakeholders and evolving educational needs.

🫶 About you

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program management, with experience in scholarship programs, educational initiatives, or nonprofit management.

  • Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and securing partnerships.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the mission and impact of the scholarship fund to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

  • Passion for Education: A deep commitment to making education accessible and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the challenges faced by students from underrepresented communities.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess program impact and make data-driven decisions to improve the scholarship fund.
