Responsibilities:
  • Mentor the 2nd line support team to ensure overall team success
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize operations
  • Increase and maintain high conversion rates for merchants
  • Manage the recruitment process, including conducting interviews
  • Continuously monitor team performance and produce weekly reports
  • Support effective escalation mechanisms to address 1st line support issues
  • Provide expert support for clients facing unique API integration challenges, addressing all inquiries to ensure a smooth process
  • Proactively monitor, track, and assist with the integration of new platforms and VIP client projects, ensuring successful and timely completion
  • Participate in incident resolution, offering expert assistance in the investigation process and tracking system metrics

  • Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience as a 2nd line support team lead in the fintech industry (cryptocurrency or fiat)
  • Proven experience with payment service integrations and support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and Russian
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
  • Extensive experience in UX/UI, particularly in payment form implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of API principles
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (including KQL and JQL)
  • Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana, OpenSearch)
  • Experience with monitoring and visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, DataDog)

  • Nice to Have:
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for day-to-day tasks
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency space and/or a genuine interest in the subject
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to receive and act on feedback
