Intralox, L.L.C., has an opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Analyst working within our Digital Solutions team.  Responsibilities

The Dynamics Functional Analyst will serve as the bridge between the technical team and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Serve as main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Outcomes: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time implementation
  • Partner with business analyst to refine business case into business requirements (BRD) in the assessment phase
  • Partner with the Solution Lead to design and oversee the overall system architecture
  • Responsible for project discovery, Gap/fit analysis, and documenting "as is" and "to be" process flows to implement desired business outcomes
  • Knowledge expert of their specific focus area including how to configure, best practices for how to use, as well as delivering knowledge articles related to a specific project or initiative
  • Key role in SME / User training and major incident management

Day to Day: 

  • Critical function in demand screening to translate business needs into initial business requirements for technical evaluation and classify the feasibility to execute
  • Owns documenting the detailed functional and technical requirements in discovery, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, Designing PBIs as well as participating in testing
  • Accountable with solution lead for testing and validation of deliverable to ensure it meets business requirements and their design
  • Central communicator for requirements between the business analyst and the solution lead / project team

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with a focus on Customer Service, omnichannel, Field Service and Sales modules
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform functional and technical solutions
  • Experience with customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using PowerAutomates, business rules and workflows
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a development team
  • Must be self-managed

Preferred

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Rally preferred
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development framework preferred
