Accounts Payable Specialist

World class Philanthropic Organization has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Coordinator with a strong attention to detail and at least 2 years of experience. This is an open-ended contract opportunity! The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle process of accounts payable invoices, reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance, entering invoices into their system, communicating with internal stakeholders and the accounting department to resolve issues and discrepancies, and other ad hoc duties to support the Finance team.

Requirements

• :2+ years of related AP experience including scanning PDFs, uploading documents, and invoice review for compliance
• .Basic Excel skill
• sExcellent attention to detail and communication skill
