Your missions

Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting ServiceNow and its various projects. This position requires senior-level ServiceNow developer skills combined with customer interface abilities to gather requirements and design complex solutions that meet business needs. A certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.

This role focuses on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects. As a contractor, you will be expected to leverage your expertise to contribute to multiple ongoing projects.

Experience Required

  • Senior-level experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor, including functionalities such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
  • Familiarity with notifications and reporting within ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Ability to build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
