Our work depends on a ServiceNow Solutions Architect joining our team to support our Low Code No Code practice; contributing wins from direct technical involvement in proposal efforts.

HOW A SERVICENOW SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Lead solutioning efforts related to Low Code No Code platforms including: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, MuleSoft, BMC Helix, etc.
  • Contribute directly to wins by providing direct technical involvement in proposal efforts
  • Provide proposed solutions and rough-order of magnitude estimates for client requirements
  • Assist the team and client with decisions based on long-term and short-term aspects of the engagement
  • Communicating and coordinating with senior client leadership on Low Code No Code enhancements, providing business requirements direction, collaborating to improve the effectiveness of the client’s capability, quick resolution of customer incidents, and removing any obstacles or conflicts/issues that prevent the effective output of product
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines and standards are met
  • Transition, Operations, and Continual Service Improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
  • Work with subcontractor leadership and staff in a multi-vendor environment


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • BA/BS and 20+ years of relevant experience or equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years of experience supporting the Public Sector (Fed/Civ, Defense, State/Local, and/or Intel sectors)
  • 5+ years of experience writing technical proposals
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM automations and integrations
  • Ability to help mature our Operations Dashboarding, Management, and Automation approach
  • Previous experience leading solutioning efforts related to low/no-code platforms
  • 2+ active ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • CSA and CAD certifications or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Must be a US person

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on technical experience and certifications in platforms like Salesforce, Appian, and Pega
  • Active Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
