Principle Infrastructure Engineer - DevSecOps

We're seeking a dynamic Principal DevSecOps Engineer to join our innovative infrastructure team and reporting directly to our Director of Engineering. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our security initiatives, driving the design, implementation, and management of robust, scalable, and secure systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are reliable, secure, and built to scale in a high-stakes environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Security: Drive our DevSecOps strategy from design to deployment, integrating security at every stage.
• Collaborate: Work with engineers to embed best practices in reliability and security.
• Incident Response: Be the go-to for resolving production issues and maintaining uptime.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee Kubernetes clusters and core services across multiple environments.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing, security-focused engineering team.

What You Bring:

• DevSecOps Expertise: Strong background in security, including smart contract audits and compliance (SOC 2).
• SRE Experience: Proven ability to manage and secure multi-datacenter cloud environments.
• Cloud Skills: Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes, and tools like Terraform and Vault.
• Leadership: Experience leading projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Wisdom: At least 12 years of experience
