Your missions

Summary

Blue Sky is seeking a talented and experienced SCRUM Master to join our dynamic team to support our federal customers.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

This role shall provide types of support to our customers:

Ensures the team applies agile principles and follows processes and practices that the team and customer have agreed to.
Facilitates and manages progression of day-to-day work of project team, user story creation, story points, tracks and monitors work in Jira and facilitates scrum ceremonies.
Clears obstacles and creates an environment where the team can be effective.
Ensures good communication between the team, Product Owner, and Agile Release Train (ART).
Protects the team and their work from outside interruptions and distractions.
Reports work status and plans to the larger Agile Release Train (ART)
Plans for and facilitates PI Planning.
Supports the Product Owner in understanding processes, managing expectations, and facilitating the development of acceptance criteria.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of proven experience as a SCRUM Master in an agile development environment.
Ability to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in the federal contracting environment.
Experience with scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
SCRUM Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Expertise utilizing agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Experience supporting digital modernization and web development projects a plus
Public Trust or able to obtain one

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract
Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening
