Job description

Consilium Partners360 is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team remotely in recruiting for one of the leading Managed Care companies in the greater NYC area. We are looking for a skillful and self-motivated individual who brings a passion for driving results within the Health Care field. This is a Full-Time position that will focus primarily on RN / Nursing recruitment.

You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely applicant flow to hiring managers by effectively scheduling candidate interviews, partnering with hiring managers to identify and satisfy hiring needs, and coordinating attendance of hires for orientation and training. Additionally, you'll screen and ensure the quality of candidates before they see the hiring manager.The other key piece of this role will include administrative duties to consist of maintaining spreadsheets, detailed documentation, and meticulous follow-up while keeping in compliance with all policies and procedures.

We'd like to speak with you if you are personable, natural at fostering relationships with members of an organization, and possess a sense of urgency while you see tasks through to completion.
