Overview
As the Senior Business & Program Operations Manager for the Community Powered Growth (CPG) team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and enhancing our community program. This role requires strong capabilities in go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, and managing day-to-day business priorities. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams, leading strategic programs, and developing training and content that supports the team’s growth initiatives. This position will report directly to the Director of Program and Business Operations.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Analyze marketplace dynamics within the community program and provide insights, reports, and action plans to inform leadership decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and conduct root cause analyses to address program challenges.
- Support cross-functional teams by coaching, facilitating, and providing the tools and training necessary to meet program targets.
- Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives in the field and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Translate program risks and opportunities into solutions by improving processes and workflows across teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting, project management, or business operations/analytics, ideally in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to manage both detailed execution and high-level strategic thinking.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and achieve project goals.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document processes and decisions effectively.
- Proven experience in implementing and scaling initiatives across globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other operational technology solutions.
Compensation range for position is $ 145,000 – 154,000 DOE.
