Your missions

At ARCOS we are making a difference in the lives of local communities every day, especially during emergencies such as weather (storms) and rebuilding the old infrastructure of utilities in the United States.

ARCOS is the leader in delivering SaaS solutions for managing resources, ensuring accurate, compliant shift scheduling and automatic planning for all types of events. The ARCOS solution reports on the up to-the-minute location and status of equipment and crews via mobile workforce management technology for utilities and other critical infrastructure, like airlines, manufacturers, and industrial facilities. The ARCOS platform helps organizations save time and money, while improving customer satisfaction and the efficiency, safety, and accuracy of operations.

About Us

We are ARCOS, an innovative SaaS company dedicated to transforming critical infrastructure industries. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a multi-year initiative that has high visibility throughout the organization. The TPM will need to drive the successful execution of this large-scale transformation across internal and external product and engineering teams.

Position Summary

As the Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, engineering-wide programs spanning multiple quarters and involving both internal and external teams. You will be responsible for defining and managing the execution of clear, aligned roadmaps, ensuring that engineering, product, and business stakeholders—both within the company and externally—are working toward the same objectives. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of these programs, ensuring timely execution, while managing customer needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate is a deeply technical, detail-oriented program manager who excels in environments where influence, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement are critical. You’ll navigate complex dependencies, technical challenges, and stakeholder expectations to drive results with urgency and accountability.

The ARCOS development organization leverages Java, Spring Boot, AWS RDS, AWS Serverless technologies (lambda, SQS), REST, JavaScript, and Mobile development with React Native hosted in AWS using Atlassian tools (Jira, BitBucket, and Confluence).
