Minimum three years of construction accounting experience, Proficiency in fully integrated ERP system, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), Experience with commercial/contractor construction.
Key responsabilities:
- Process and track payment applications from subcontractors
- Manage work in process reporting and job cost accounting
- Communicate with project managers and vendors regarding payments
- Prepare monthly projection reports and maintain logs
- Assist in developing new systems/processes for the department
