Job description

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager and be a key player in expanding our market presence in the Central American Nostalgic Market and introducing our brands to the mainstream market. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.

Experience Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage Hispanic market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong network-building and teamwork skills.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish ideally).

Responsibilities

Objective Achievement:

  • Represent the company’s products and services using the marketing plan.
  • Implement solutions to business problems.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Lead Generation And Relationship Building

  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis.

Client Management

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.

Product Knowledge And Presentation

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos, handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.

Sales Goal Achievement

  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Supervise in-store execution.
