Beacon Talent, a growth-stage consulting firm, is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diversity of companies and startups, serving as a dedicated talent consultant to our partners.

With a focus on leveling up the field of talent, we pride ourselves in our ability to provide our clients a strategic talent experience from end-to-end.

What You'll Do

The Talent Acquisition Manager works as a core part of the account team handling the full-lifecycle of the role and account from defining the requirements for new searches to managing the end-to-end candidate pipeline and working with clients to close and retain candidates. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Conduct initial screening, resume review, and candidate coordination across the roles at your client account.
  • Partner with our account team to develop and execute against a diversity of sourcing and candidate marketing strategies.
  • Track, maintain, and report on candidate pipeline metrics.
  • Field and escalate client requests.
  • Support the development of the strategic role planning, scoping and recruitment marketing work.
  • Serve as a consultant to our clients, which includes but is not limited to: drafting job descriptions, writing candidate outreach copy, interview planning, and facilitating debriefs
  • Build an understanding of our clients' people operations, brand, product, and industry
  • Act as consummate advocate of the Beacon values and extension of our clients' brand.

  • 3-5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • You are an exceptional written and verbal communicator.
  • You work diligently and methodically to make progress against each part if the pipeline every day

  • Your ability to absorb, synthesize, and coordinate information is unparalleled.
  • You pay attention to details. You don’t let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
