About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team by handling key administrative tasks. This role will streamline processes, allowing recruiters to focus on building strong relationships with clinicians, discussing job opportunities, and providing excellent service throughout the clinician lifecycle. What you’ll do

Resume Formatting & Management:

  • Format clinician resumes for submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to gather necessary information to complete resumes quickly and efficiently.

Reference Checks & Compliance:

  • Handle reference calls and documentation, streamlining the process for recruiters.
  • Support the compliance team by ensuring required paperwork is completed and organized.

Timecard & Payroll Assistance:

  • Aid clinicians with timecard submissions, particularly in navigating systems like UKG.
  • Resolve payroll-related issues, including reviewing timecard discrepancies, answering clinician questions, and assisting with corrections.

Job Matching & Data Entry:

  • Assist in identifying job matches for clinicians and maintain accurate records of their preferences and requirements.
  • Input data into systems for job orders, clinician profiles, and other critical recruitment details.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Schedule pre-submission meetings, ensuring all necessary information is gathered ahead of time.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks to ensure clinicians remain connected to their recruiters.
  • Assist in organizing documents and reports for recruiter review boards and other internal meetings.
