We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer with Genesys Cloud:

Responsibilities:

Expertise in Genesys Cloud.
Manage and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager).
Administer Cisco Unity Connection.
Oversee Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
Configure and maintain voice gateways.
Implement and manage SIP trunking.
Work with voice codecs.
Troubleshoot and solve voice-related issues.
Apply network security principles and best practices.

Requirements:

6 - 8 years of experience.
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
Knowledge of voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of network security principles.

Desired:

Cisco Certifications: CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, CCIE Voice.
Experience with corporate restructuring activities.
Ability to create and interpret network diagrams and documentation.
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in voice technologies.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
