We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for Executives to stay on top of our Executive account/s and managing its online brand and/or presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the executive's goals, values, and business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Brand Management: Curate and manage the executive’s online presence to ensure a consistent and authentic personal brand across all platforms.
  • Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with key audiences.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the executive’s online reputation, addressing any potential PR issues or crises proactively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the executive's social presence innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work with the executive’s PR, communications, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all communications efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for high-profile individuals or brands.
  • HIghly proficient with all social media platforms
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
  • Strong understanding of personal branding and online reputation management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
