About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
Creative Direction for Videos: Bring innovative ideas for the first three seconds and the body of the video, focusing on making viewers stop, watch, and understand the brand message
Produce Engaging Videos: Create high-impact, catchy videos designed to capture and retain viewer attention.
Create Shot Lists: Develop shot lists that align with client guidelines and match the brand’s vision.
Brand Visuals: Craft shots that introduce viewers to the brand and spark interest in purchasing.
Meet Deadlines: Stick to project timelines, delivering on time without sacrificing quality.
Document Brand Insights: Prepare detailed documents capturing the brand’s essence and key messaging.
Be Resourceful: Find creative solutions and make the most of available resources.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and new content strategies to keep your work fresh and relevant.
Background & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in content creation, with a focus on video production.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
English Level: B2+ / C1 (Professional Level)
Creative Thinking: Bring fresh, innovative solutions to every project.
Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Strong Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
