If you have THREE (3) YEARS of experience in the full recruitment cycle, assessment, and selection of IT profiles and have knowledge in:

  • Management of the main job boards.
  • Interviews by competencies
  • Creation of market research reports.
  • Understanding of the main profiles requested in service companies, consulting firms, and IT integrators (Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PM, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, etc.)

It is a PLUS if you have managed processes at an international level.
