Your missions

Anthropos helps medium and large enterprises make their people perform better and be highly motivated. We have created a new employee friendly platform that helps people grow with their companies. We use skills and AI to let companies take control of their work, motivate them and make them perform better.

Our AI technology helps businesses see and verify their competences in real time and easily move employees into new roles or projects based on their real skills. Our customers save millions in hiring costs and increase productivity immediately.

As an EMEA Business developer your main goal will be to get in touch with medium and large enterprises to pitch our solution and help them solve their workforce issues with it. You will do classic activities to reach out: calling, email and LinkedIn. As part of this role you will learn more about our product and customers priorities so that you can effectively help them and lead with it.

Tasks

  • Work with our founder and our founding account executive to define an initial targeting strategy and follow results and challenges on a weekly basis
  • Design and execute a daily reach out composed of (at least) 40 calls, emails and linkedin messages
  • Do weekly research on companies and prospects to improve your messages and work side by side with us to let our prospect understand how we can help
  • Learn how to talk and demo our product at Anthropos


Requirements

We are looking for people that are tech savvy, they are curious and driven - you love to sell and to help customers succeed at solving their problems. We also love to work with humble but smart people.

Ideally you have done a similar job before and you want to do it again to learn a lot more, make money and be promoted into an account executive role in 12 months.

Benefits

  • Salary composed of base salary and commissions (50/50) our range is 50,000 - 80,000 Euros total OTE based on experience
  • Variable compensation is based on meetings booked + deals closed and it's not capped so you can make a lot more if you are successful
  • Stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff - 0.1%-0.3% range with additional grants if successful
  • Spend the first 2 weeks with us in Lake Como / Switzerland (Ticino) and visit us at least twice a year
  • Work with a very motivated team that has previously built and scaled Cloud Academy Inc. to 30M ARR and 250 people.
