THE ROLE

We're building a love brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins! As an Influencers Manager, you will be a key player in our Marketing team, leading the charge in building and nurturing a network of influencers that embody our brand's values and mission

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Develop, manage, and scale a robust network of influencers across various niches that align with our brand identity.
  • Create and implement strategic influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Design incentive programs to motivate influencers, ensuring consistent brand advocacy and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with influencers to co-create content that resonates with our target audience and amplifies our brand message.
  • Analise and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, identifying new opportunities to expand our reach through innovative partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage influencer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Work with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies and brand goals.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Experience managing and scaling a network of hundreds of influencers, their compensation structure and metrics
  • Experience with an influencers management platform
  • Experience in Consumer Brands businesses
  • Managed Influencers in multiple geographies
  • Experience at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale-up journey.
  • Love for dogs.
  • Fluent in English, and Portuguese or Spanish.
