Your missions

Introduction:

Join us in this diverse opportunity where you will work closely with the Manager, overseeing all of CoAct’s business systems and assisting with exciting digital technology projects.

We're very flexible and open to options that suit you. We’re currently accepting applications for both full-time (38 hours per week) and part-time (22.8 hours per week) positions, with the part-time option being either 3 days per week or reduced hours spread across 5 days.

What Awaits You…

The Business Systems Administrator works closely with the Manager, Business Systems Support & Projects on the management and oversight of CoAct’s business systems, including user access systems. The role is expected to liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements across CoAct’s business applications.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setup and configuration of business systems, ensuring that the systems are operating effectively and delivering on the needs of the organisation
  • Escalating business system issues to the Manager, Business Systems Support & Projects or to third party vendors, as required
  • Manage 2nd level support for business system issues, either directly and/or with assistance from third party vendors
  • Provide advice and training to CoAct IT Support staff to enable delivery of 1st level support by the IT Support team
  • Assist in the planning, development, delivery, evaluation, and implementation of various projects ensuring project effectiveness
  • Develop training material and work instructions for required systems
