The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to assist in developing and executing social media content strategies for our live entertainment events. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, social media savvy, and has a strong interest in live entertainment. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored to each event.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for upcoming events, including teaser content, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
  • Audience Engagement: Assist in building and engaging with our online community by interacting with followers, fans, and event attendees on social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborative Projects:Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and event coordinators to align content with overall marketing strategies and event goals.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

Education

  • Currently pursuing a study in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in social media content creation or digital marketing is a plus but not required.

Passion

A genuine interest in live entertainment, music, theater, and events.
