Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager (Technical) at Jetic.io, you will play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies that highlight the technical strengths and benefits of our iPaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and management team to create compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with technical audiences. Your efforts will ensure that our platform is effectively positioned in the market, driving awareness, adoption, and customer success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with developers, technical communities, and user groups, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Jetic.io's iPaaS platform.
  • Content Creation: Develop and deliver compelling technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and sample code, to educate and inspire developers.content, including blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and sample code,
  • Developer Support: Engage with developers through online forums, social media, conferences, meetups, and other relevant channels to answer questions, provide guidance, and address their needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to gather feedback, prioritize feature requests, and communicate developer insights.
  • Technical Presentations: Conduct presentations, workshops, and webinars to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our iPaaS platform to developers and technical audiences.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developer communities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Advocacy: Champion developer-centric initiatives and advocate for best practices, developer experience, and developer success within the organization.
  • Feedback & Analysis: Gather and analyze developer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product enhancements and improve user experience.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to contribute to the creation of developer-focused marketing collateral and campaigns.- Onboarding & Support: Support the developer onboarding process, provide technical assistance, and assist with troubleshooting issues.
