【仕事内容】

Role Definition

Leads financial planning and budgeting processes. Meanwhile oversee monthly financial results and related reporting under US GAAP, local statutory financial reporting, the annual external local audit process, and supporting the Managing Director with ad hoc financial analyses, and ensuring compliance of financial reporting and regulatory financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Producing thorough, accurate and timely budget and expense management reports for the organization.
Assisting the annual budgeting process including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business.
Analyzing and interpreting financial information for planning and control purposes.
Supervising and assessing the activities of the finance team, while offering guidance for their professional growth and development.

【応募資格】

Degree Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business discipline.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
