We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative who is highly driven, tenacious, creative, and works well under pressure. You will work alongside our founder and sales team to introduce the Esevel platform to prospects. This isnโ€™t just a job but an exciting journey in a fast-growing startup.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Quickly learn the product, and value proposition and be able to react to objections and answer questions
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of action, including LinkedIn outreach, email, and cold calls
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities through systems such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through outbound calls
  • Educate prospects on benefits through nurturing campaigns
  • Interact with prospects via video calls and emails, with a high attention to detail
  • Effectively qualify prospects before handing them off to the Account Executive
  • Schedule initial prospecting meetings for the Account Executive
  • Research and test new outreach methods
  • Diligently input, track, and measure leads through CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Minimum 1 year of proven excellence in business development or outbound sales
  • Strong sense of urgency to reach goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Bring new ideas to the table
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPIs
  • Strong understanding of sales development and lead development of best practices and procedures
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is strongly desired
  • Fully reliable and detail-oriented, with a drive to execute flawlessly
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience selling complex solutions to startups and small-medium businesses would be preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment would be a plus
