About the Role

As a Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be a core member of our Engineering Team. You will play a critical role in shaping and building our product, working closely with a small, talented, and experienced team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

• Create, Design, Code, Build, and Run: Lead the entire lifecycle of product development—from ideation, design, and coding to deployment and ongoing optimization of robust software solutions.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand business needs, evaluate new ideas, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Experiment and Optimize: Design and run experiments to evaluate performance, scalability, and robustness of product features, continually enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
• Enhance Workflows: Research, develop, and maintain internal tools that streamline and improve development processes and team efficiency.
• Stay at the Cutting Edge: Engage with the AI research community to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, and explore their potential to enhance our products.
