Position: Product Development & Marketing Assistant

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day shift

Your Role

As a Product Development & Marketing Assistant, You Will

  • Provide marketing and NPD (New Product Development) support and expertise in a similar role.
  • Experience in developing simple product costings using worksheet templates.
  • Brief and manage agency partners on trade advertising, POS, and other design work.
  • Build project timelines and worked within tight timeframes to support broader business projects, meeting project deadlines.
  • Develop product information sheets and customer presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Highly develop communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Able to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Sound administration and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage workloads and collaborate effectively in teams.
  • Demonstrate time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

What it takes to be part of our team?

  • Tertiary qualification majoring in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Support and/or Brand Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and executing marketing and brand strategies to meet key timings and deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (design) is highly regarded but not essential.
