As a Brand Manager focused on all major digital platforms, you will be pivotal in sculpting, enhancing, and advocating for our brand’s digital persona. Your efforts will amplify our presence, catalyzing growth and fostering robust engagement within the healthtech community. You will harness creativity to project Amplify as a thought leader, stimulate community interaction, and accelerate inbound interest through strategic content creation and effective community management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Content Development: Craft and execute a vibrant content strategy that reflects our brand’s ethos on all major social platforms. Produce compelling, educational, and innovative content that underscores our products, industry insights, and organizational culture.
  • Community Cultivation: Proactively interact with followers, engage in industry dialogues, and respond to community feedback to solidify our digital fellowship. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and peer organizations within the healthtech ecosystem.
  • Thought Leadership: Elevate Amplify’s stature as a vanguard in the healthtech field through insightful thought leadership pieces, including articles, video content, and live discussions that delve into pertinent healthcare topics.
  • Analytics Mastery: Monitor, analyze, and report on the social media performance and audience engagement metrics. Utilize insights to refine content strategies and bolster community engagement.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Seamlessly integrate with the marketing team to unify the brand messaging across all platforms. Collaborate on promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Trend Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, particularly on LinkedIn and TikTok, adapting strategies to incorporate cutting-edge features and maintain a dynamic online presence.
  • Employee Branding: Develop and promote a strong employer brand that attracts top talent by highlighting our innovative culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities through targeted content and engagement strategies.
  • Core Value Culture Promotion: Actively communicate and embody Amplify’s core values in all online interactions and content. Foster a culture that reflects these values, enhancing brand perception and employee satisfaction internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience as a Brand Ambassador or Social Media Manager, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & many more.
  • Exceptional ability to generate engaging text, visual, and video content that resonates with diverse audiences in the Healthcare industry.
  • A profound understanding of the healthtech sector, fueled by a passion for healthcare innovation.
  • Skilled in employing social media analytics tools to steer content creation and optimize user engagement.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools for content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), video editing (e.g: Final Cut Pro), social media management (e.g: Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing (e.g: Mailchimp, HubSpot), drive effective branding and marketing initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience in the healthtech domain is advantageous, fostering a deeper connection with our core audience.
