The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Provide customer services, be responsible for every transactions that include customer servicing, checking on amount, date, time, nice,
  • Handle all inquiries and complaint from customers and be the main point of contacts.
  • Take on chat and make fast response to every transactions
  • Key in customers data and ensure data accuracy
  • Call potential customers to promote services or products
  • Follow up with customers from time to time
  • Interact with new or existing customers on behalf of the Company to provide informations about company products or services, taking orders, handling complaint and reply to customers questions.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai languages.
  • Familiar with basic computer skills
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
