Organise the production of campaign creative, either in-house or through outsourcing.
  • Be a source of thought leadership for the network and broader climate movement on which creative approaches are most effective at shifting specific audiences around the world, staying on top of creative trends and working with campaigners and analysts to understand campaign data and design experiments.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the team's creative from a strategic comms perspective, and adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Expand our capacity by improving our agency and freelancer roster and ways of working.
  • Ensure proper platforms, technologies, softwares, etc. are deployed to ensure effective creative production.
  • Contribute to capacity building in priority partner organisations on creative approach.

Our ideal candidate has
