The Role

Detailed Job Description

To provide support and assistance for media, public and investor relations work – including
research,
preparing powerpoint presentations,
following up with media queries/fund manager queries,
writing press releases/investor factsheets, and
assist with event and admin support. and Chinese translations
preparing powerpoint presentations,

Interns will gain good insight to investment and communications strategies and experience working on projects with public listed companies

Working Times

Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6pm
Interns may be required to work on weekends should there be events or meetings that require their assistance. However, such occasions will not be frequent

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Public Relations / PR within Professional Services industry.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You must be proficient in using MS word, Excel and Powerpoint and should be proficient in English and Mandarin
