Business Analyst (with Integration Background)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Integration for our client's Product Integration Service and Marketplace workstream (pharmaceutical industry). This role involves managing and supporting multiple marketplaces, with a focus on creating a seamless experience for both providers and consumers of data and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• Product Visioning and Roadmapping;
• Problem Statement Definition & Refinement;
• Elicitation & Collaboration;
• Requirements Analysis & Design Definition;
• Business Process Improvement;
• Stakeholder Engagement;
• Managing Feedback and Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document requirements and features for the Integration Marketplace;
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, UX Researcher, Technical Content Writer, and Test Lead;
• Support UAT Testing and serve as the Single Point-Of-Contact for external stakeholders;
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure their evolving needs are met;
• Refine and curate content to ensure clarity and accessibility for marketplace users;
• Utilize integration tools and patterns such as MuleSoft, API, Solace, Events, and Streams;

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis;
• C1 level English proficiency with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Expert knowledge in Business Analysis techniques and tools;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Practical understanding of agile and waterfall software development processes;
• Experience in workshop facilitation and collaboration with UX specialists;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively;
