Your missions

PwC's CEE Business Development team is looking for a motivated individual for the role of Sales Enablement Representative. This role offers a chance to help position PwC as a leading brand, build client relationships, and support our sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Manage and track leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and help convert leads into opportunities.
  • Work closely with business teams to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

Bid Management:

  • Coordinate bids and proposals with teams.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to optimize bid materials.
  • Stay organized and proactive in managing the bid process.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure leads are managed effectively.
  • Regularly update relevant parties on lead progress.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing and business development teams.

Salesforce Utilization and Reporting:

  • Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage accounts and track leads.
  • Report on lead conversion metrics and analyze sales data.
  • Share insights with senior management to improve campaign effectiveness.

Tool and Resource Optimization:

  • Use business development tools and resources effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks related to the PwC CEE Business Development program as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Some experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Bid Management: Experience in coordinating bids or managing proposals is a plus.
  • CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
  • Sales Process Understanding: Basic knowledge of the enterprise sales process.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reports and presentations.

Quick Start: Ability to start within 1-2 months and a willingness to learn and grow in a regional role.
