**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • **Content Creation:** Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion.
  • **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • **Community Engagement:** Foster a positive online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online discussions.
  • **Brand Voice:** Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  • **Trend Analysis:** Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative approaches to enhance social media presence.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.


**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Experience in GoHighLevel CRM
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
