As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven Talent Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team that aligns with our vision and company culture. Role Overview:

As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their fit for the role and our company culture. You will also be responsible for administering and evaluating technical challenges, recording interviews, and compiling comprehensive candidate packages.

Success in this role requires you to take full responsibility for the recruitment cycle, from the first contact to the offer, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews with our internal teams and manage the logistics of offers and contracts. Creating an ongoing pipeline of critical roles needed by the company is an essential part of your job.

Responsibilities:

You will focus on Full-Cycle Recruitment.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and actual networking. Find non-traditional sources where potential candidates that meet our skills and culture fit requirements can be found.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Strong emphasis on finding intelligent candidates who thrive on achieving excellence.
  • Administer and evaluate our technical challenges for specific roles.
  • Compile comprehensive candidate packages, including CVs, interview recordings, salary expectations, references, challenge results where applicable and your initial recommendation.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating with internal teams for further rounds.
  • Handle the logistics of offers, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Set up, manage and maintain our ATS tool, Manatal and any future HR tools and accounts required for success.
  • Provide frequent updates on progress being made.
  • Strict adherence to our code of engagement and ethics.
  • Lead from within.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first contact through to the final offer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and to ensure we have an ongoing pipeline to tap into.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication within the team and with candidates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for finding and hiring excellent talent.
  • Self-directed with effective time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete daily and weekly reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment while maintaining perspective.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and projects simultaneously, even under pressure.
  • Adaptability to new situations, with problem-solving skills and effective communication. Teamwork and a “get-it-done” attitude are essential.
  • A shared passion and curiosity for driving change, with a comfort in ambiguity, a resistance to the status quo, and a commitment to quality that drives progress.
  • Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour week.
  • Availability and responsiveness to team members (via Slack) during working hours.
  • A meticulous approach to detail and reporting.


Bonus: Experience with Facebook marketing for high-risk niches (casino, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.) is a plus.
