Management Consultant-I (MC-I) – Remote (Hybrid also available)

 

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a Full-time Management Consultant-I (MC-I)– Remote (Hybrid also available). Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.


What will you do

As a Management Consultant-I (MC-I), you'll play a crucial role in supporting project objectives by applying fundamental concepts and practices to various assignments. Working under supervision, you'll conduct research, assist in project planning, and collaborate with teams to execute tasks and communicate findings effectively. Your commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous learning will contribute to project success while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.


Responsibilities:


  • Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to work assignments, contributing to project success.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives, utilizing methodologies and tools to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks, communicate findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and contributing to discussions on project progress.
  • Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring the timely and successful completion of project milestones.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in management consulting, seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.


Requirements:

  • Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of general experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, under supervision.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives.
