Job description

Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serve as an integral part of a region or corporate leadership team, to understand overall business needs and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics. In collaboration with the National Human Resources Leader, the HRBP will design and execute the end-to-end human capital strategy that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires a combination of hands-on and strategic reasoning and thinking, the use of data to guide work, being a comfortable challenging convention, and, in some cases, influencing line and mid-level leaders to reassess how work is done.

  • This is a remote position and candidate MUST be based in Massachusetts.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop processes and procedures to support team members, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, organization culture, rewards and recognition, and talent management and retention
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain required employee documentation including primary source verification of all required licensures and sanction checks where required
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training strategy in collaboration with market leaders
  • Manage employee relations in a confidential and compliant manner, working to resolve and document issues according to company, federal and state guidelines
  • Implement performance management and talent development process in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Responsible for being a subject matter expert on organizational and people-related planning and execution
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity
  • Support rollout of technology to support overall business needs including payroll, HRIS, ATS, and learning management systems

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and understand trends
  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data and can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration
  • HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Multisite healthcare HR experience
