Your Role

The Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Co-Op position is responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in relevant field. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are required.

Your Impact

  • Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
  • Weekly meetings with cross functional teams providing updated delivery dates and identifying priorities that may require expedited shipments from vendors
  • Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from Vendor to Store partners within Brand and Logistics functions when performing the above
  • Gain appreciation for Supply Chain Planning, acquire relevant business knowledge, and demonstrate analytics capability by end of assignment
  • Lead inventory flow meetings and facilitate discussions with cross functional supply chain teams
  • Provide feedback on and enhance SOP documentation and on-boarding process
  • Is a trusted advisor through the development of relationships with MP&A, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Production; Provides these groups with analytics and insights which improvement the alignment between demand, supply, and operations capabilities
  • Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-in of development progress with manager
  • Participate in self-evaluation and receive a formal performance evaluation at the middle and end of the assignment

Minimum Salary: $25.00
