Position Summary:

The help desk technician (Tier 1) is responsible for building and maintaining all workstations and network-related devices, providing help desk support, and supporting the phone system.


Roles:

  • Build/support/maintain all workstations/printers and network devices. 
  • Creation of all new user accounts and new user VDI desktops.
  • Provide help desk support for internal users and website users. 
  • Provide support for phone systems. 


Major Responsibilities or Assigned Duties:

  • Maintain all workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Support IT Security (workstation patching, antivirus etc.)
  • Support after hours availability and access to service (on-call) as requested.
  • Provide help desk support for internal users and external website users. 
  • Complete other duties as requested

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Technical certifications preferred


Work Environment:

Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required. This role is designed to be a remote position (work-from-home).
