We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.
Summary
To provide design, direction and assistance to end users of data flow and accuracy of the ERP systems at LabConnect including Dynamics NAV, Jet Hub and Jet Reports and Replicon
Essential Functions (including But Not Limited To) - Partner with financial and cross-functional teams to:
- Understand needs and suggest ways to utilize technology to increase process efficiency across all groups.
- Proactively identify new projects and enhancements to existing models to increase forecasting efficiency including both forecast and process automation.
- Provide in-house ERP and Jet Hub expertise
- ERP/Financial SME and Super User of overall data flow
- Own combine shipments process
- Work closely with billing to ensure data accuracy and process efficiencies
- Develop and conduct system training to end users on specific content and processes
- Implement and project manage multiple cross-functional projects and teams with competing and shifting priorities.
- Design and build dashboards/reports utilitzing the ERP system (NAV/JET) for Project Management, Department heads and executives.
- Participate in end-to-end system testing, document results, and status reports.
- Coordiante and own mass clean-up tasks within the ERP system
- Serve as liaison between CFO suite and technical teams.
- Create and deliver audience appropriate communications to present key findings from data analysis to leadership and/or other critical stakeholders
- Participates in system conversions, implementations, business process design, and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics or Business Administration preferred
- 1-2 years of Dynamics NAV usage and Jet HUB
- A commitment to accuracy and quality while working under set deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful
- Experience with project costing and budgeting in an ERP application
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attitude and customer service skills
