Basic Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the catalyst for growing all NSF divisions in the geography of Australia and New Zealand, Fiji and other neighboring countries (Oceania). Accountable for management of the country teams, achieving revenue and regional margin, AOP, building and implementing strategies for expansions – in key areas of Nutrition and Wellness, Food Retail, Food Supply Chain Solution ,Health Sciences, ISR business of NSF. Building key customer relations and identifying new opportunities for NSF International’s business in the region.
The role will report to the Managing Director, Asia Pacific and work closely with other Regional Directors, functional leaders as well as divisional leaders for Asia Pacific and globally. The Regional Director Oceania is also responsible for compliance with NSF ethics policies in the region and for liaison with other NSF Offices in relation to company policies and procedures within the region.
Principal Accountabilities
- Grow the business of all NSF divisions in the geography - Nutrition and Wellness, food Retail , and Food Supply chain
- Lead the team in the defined region to ensure alignment with NSF’s values and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver the Asia business growth plan for the region.
- Maintain and deliver regional margin by identifying customer and business needs and implementing relevant plans in agreement with the Managing Director of Asia Pacific.
- Develop and manage Budgets and monitor the P&L for the Oceania region.
- Collect and analyze information on our competition and on local industry to identify, evaluate and prioritize business opportunities for all NSF divisional programs.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Managing Director Asia-Pacific in the form of a regional business plan and recommendations on initiatives to ensure business growth in line with the plan.
- Develop and implement plans to establish strong relationships with regionally based customers with the aim of promoting NSF services.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local governments and key industry players; representing NSF International in the Oceania region.
- Recruitment and succession planning to support the growth of the business.
- Manage the relevant local regional teams including health and safety and work delivery.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree /master’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum fifteen (15) years professional experience and proven success in business development and operation with domestic & international focus
- Minimum five (5) year of leadership experience
- Working knowledge and experience with international assignments
- Knowledge of generating a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance
- Proven track records of delivery AOP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the primary local language
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business
- Ability to perform predictive analysis.
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Working knowledge of certification business and sales processes

Work Classification : The role may be remote or Hybrid – willingness to work in either environment.
