Responsibilities
- Understand customer trends and market hot spots in an active and effective way, listen to customer needs and provide relevant consultation and program promotion. 通过积极有效的方式了解客户动向及市场热点，倾听客户需求并提供相关领域咨询及方案推广。
- Participate in exhibitions and industry conferences, market research, assist to expand brand influence and support new customer development. 参加展会及行业会议，市场调研，协助拓展品牌影响力，支持新客户开发。
- Put forward technical solutions to customer samples and projects, sort out technical requirements and evaluate products. 对客户样品及项目提出技术方案，梳理技术要求与评估产品。
- Actively and effectively provide data support for business development through internal and external resources, and assist in formulating and optimizing service strategy. 通过内外部资源，积极有效的为业务发展提供数据支持，协助制定及优化服务策略。
- Provide effective marketing and localization plan according to department marketing and service strategy. 根据部门营销与服务策略，提供有效的市场推广及本土化方案。
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external customers. 面向内部及外部客户提供技术支持及培训。
- Perform other duties as assigned. 领导分配的其他任务。
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food, Pharmacy, Environment, Biological science, Biological Engineering, or related field. 食品，药学，环境，生物科学，生物工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Experience in third-party testing and certification or knowledge of certification services, experience in organic certification services and technology is preferred. 如有第三方检测认证工作经验或了解认证服务，如有有机认证服务及技术经验为佳。
- Customer service awareness and experience in customer service or project follow-up. 客户服务意识及客户服务或者项目跟进经验。
- Can work independently. 能够独立完成分配的工作。
- Basic communication skills in English and mandarin (written and oral). 能用英语和普通话进行基本的沟通（书面和口头）。
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, independent project maintenance skills. 优秀的人际沟通能力，独立的项目维护技巧。
- Good team work spirit and high sense of responsibility. 良好的团队合作精神和高度的工作责任感。
- Good PC skills, such as Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook etc. 熟悉电脑操作，如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等。
