Role Summary

Our client is looking for a competent Senior Billing Specialist (Service) to join their team. As a Senior Billing Specialist, he/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee the company’s revenues. This role will handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of the necessary paperwork.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Receive and sort incoming payments for Non-Taylor Service billing
  • Handle preventative maintenance billing
  • Handle customer service contract management for Taylor install billing
  • Manage all customer portals
  • Manage and track incoming payments and identify inconsistencies
  • Data entry for Taylor Service Billing and regularly update accounts receivable database
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of customers
  • Create thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in billing and coding
  • Able to understand codes as it relates to errors
  • Experience uploading invoices into customer portals
  • Experience in contract management
  • Experience with A/R in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Research capabilities to find a utilize data a plus
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications and accounting software/s
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
